Ordering from Baue

At this stage we only hold stock of a few of our designs as we’re keen to only make exactly what’s wanted by our customers. To make sure everything is finished to the highest standard we’ll need up to 3 weeks from the moment you place your order till we’re ready to ship. Some items have a shorter make time so please check individual listings. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready to ship your order.

If an item is in stock it’ll be dispatched within 3 working days. Please check individual listings to see if an item is in stock.

Postage and Delivery

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on delivery. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are approximately 1-2 working days within the UK, 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days to the rest of the world.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.

UK Customers: Free Returns. Please get in touch with us to arrange this. Package the item in its original box and seal securely. We will email you a printable returns label which you’ll need to attach to your box. Then simply hand your parcel in at your local Post Office.

All other customers: Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns at this time. Please package the item in its original box, seal securely and return to us using your preferred postage company. We recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Baue. Baue Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for international return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

Once we have received the package we will process your refund.

Faulty Items: All Baue garments will be carefully quality checked before they are sent out but in the unlikely event there is something wrong with your dress we'll be happy to fix it for you or issue a full refund including postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during delivery.

Exchanges: Not your colour? Need a different size? No problem! Please contact us and we can arrange an exchange for you.

We'll also be happy to advise on alterations that can be made to provide a better fit. We all come in different shapes and sizes and sometimes a garment just needs a little nip or tuck to suit us perfectly. Just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
